Teams and Ironpeople!

 

Training for Eppie's Great Race is well under way.   Train for Ironperson division or join a team!

Weekly Workouts and locations with us are listed below.  FREE kayak clinics are scheduled monthly and the dates/times are below as well.  Please come join us.

Running: 

Every Monday and Wednesday Evening:  6pm.  Mc Kinley Park at the corner of 33rd and Mc Kinley Blvd.

Saturday Mornings at 2 alternating locations:  Guy West Bridge or Nimbus Fish Hatchery... see our  calendar page for location or call.

Saturday workouts start at 7am and 8:30 am.  Long distance runners please come at 7am. 

Some Saturdays we cycle after the run and kayak later in the day.

(If you need help with workouts, our running coach will help you meet your goal)

Cycling:

Tuesday and Thursday Evenings at 6pm.  Guy West Bridge on University Avenue.

Kayaking:

Monthly FREE beginning kayak clinics are held at Lake Natoma or on the river.  We offer these clinics to help Eppie's participants have a safe, fun race.

We practice on the Eppie's course quite often before the race.  Feel free to join us at the clinics or the river practices.

Kayak Clinic Schedule:

Saturday June 14th: Nimbus Flat Recreation Area, Noon.

Saturday July 5th:  Lower Sunrise Parking Lot, River Clinic on Eppie's Course at Noon.

Saturday July 12th: Eppie's Course, final practice.  Noon, Lower Sunrise Parking Lot.
