7:30 am:  Raceday Registration begins

8:30 am:   Free Kids ½ mile run (Under 12 years).  Ribbons to all,  no T-shirt.   

9:00 am:   5k Run and Walk Begins

10 am:  Awards, Raffle and Kids Easter egg hunt

 
5k Course: Start and Finish at Glen Hall Park. This USATF Sanctioned and Certified Course is flat, fast and winds through the beautiful River Park neighborhood.

Hwy 50 to Howe Ave north. Left on Fair Oaks Blvd. Follow road to right after bridge onto H St. Turn Right on Carlson Drive at corner of Carlson and H St. Follow Carlson to end of road..... Glen Hall park is there.     Click Here for Map

March 20 th through Raceday: $25.00 (Please do not mail after March 29th)

Kids Race Free (no T-shirt).  All participants receive ribbons.

Custom Medals toTop 3 finishers: Male and Female, Age Divisions:  Under 12, 12-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.

* TEAM S:  We're looking for the largest team with the biggest heart to help the kids in Uganda! 

All team members....please register individually as a participant or virtual runner/walker and list the name of your team on the registration form. 

Individual members participating on raceday will receive their own time.  Team is not timed.  Award is for largest team. 

Please designate a Team Captain.  Team Captain should bring a list of members to the race with the name of the team.  THANKS!

Please bring sign/banner with the name of your team.  We'd like a photo of every team!
Proceeds:  

The establishment and support of an  Orphanage / Boarding School in Mbale, Uganda.  The word Rafiki on our race medals is a swahili word meaning Friend.  This word has been chosen to indicate our purpose of befriending orphaned children in Uganda, most of whom have lost both parents to AIDS. 

Safety:  

Please..... No pets, bikes or skates.   Strollers are ok but please stay to the back or side of the runners for safety especially at the start.  THANK YOU!
