Koinonia Sports and Fitness Schedules at least one Whitewater Rafting Trip per year with a professional rafting company. 

We continue to take our trips with River and Rock Adventures .  Our South Fork trip in 2009 is scheduled for August 1, 2009. 

The cost of the trip in 2009 is $108 (a 10% discount) and includes guide, equipment, lunch, bus ride back after the trip.
